In this project, I reimagined the title sequence of Director Hayao Miyazaki’s Ponyo for a school project. My goal was to analyze and recreate his famously gorgeous scenes in another art direction. I was heavily influenced by the playful and whimsical abstractionism because I thought it reflected the overall feel of the movie well.
